If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, screenshots, or video).

We Accept Returns/Refunds For:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Missing items from the order
  • Product not as described

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Items without proof (video while unboxing is recommended)

Return/Refund Process:

  2. Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
  5. In case of return, the customer may need to ship the item back
