To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, screenshots, or video).
We Accept Returns/Refunds For:

- Damaged or defective item
- Missing items from the order
- Product not as described
We Do NOT Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items caused after delivery
- Items without proof (video while unboxing is recommended)
Return/Refund Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
- In case of return, the customer may need to ship the item back
